Mysore/Mysuru: Former Commanding Officer and President of Air Force Selection Board, Mysuru, Air Warrior, Group Captain Carlton Raymond Vardon (89), passed away at his residence in Jayalakshmipuram in the wee hours of today.

He leaves behind son Philip, daughters Angeline, Suzanne and Dr. Jennifer, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great granddaughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral was held at the Roman Catholic Cemetery on Mahadevapura Road in Gandhinagar this afternoon.
