Mysuru: Putteeramma (85), wife of late Pailwan K. Ramanna and a resident of K.G. Koppal, passed away at a private hospital in city yesterday.
She leaves behind three sons, including former Mayor R. Lingappa, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at K.G. Koppal burial ground this afternoon, according to family sources.
Former MLA Vasu, S.M. Krishna Fans Association President Vikrant P. Devegowda and several other political leaders have condoled her death.
