Former Minister’s daughter accused of trespassing

Former Mysuru MLA files complaint at VV Puram Police Station

Mysuru: Former MLA of Mysuru region has filed a case against the daughter of a former Minister from Ballari accusing her of trespassing into his apartment pent house in VV Mohalla and making away with cash, cheques and other valuable documents.

Police said that the former MLA, who claims to be the owner of the apartment in his complaint, has mentioned that he had entered a sale agreement with the former Minister’s son, who was also an MLA then and had acquired the property soon after the death of the former Minister’s son.

A week ago, the daughter of the former Minister, who had visited Mysuru, claimed the ownership of the pent house. 

She allegedly broke opened the lock and trespassed into the apartment and allegedly took away a few documents and cash.

The former MLA, who learnt about the incident, visited the apartment building and inspected the CCTV footages before filing a complaint with the VV Puram Police who are now investigating.
