Forum insists on Kannada name boards in schools

Mysuru: Members of Karnataka Sena Pade staged a protest in front of Zilla Panchayat office here yesterday urging the Government to insist schools and colleges to install Kannada name boards in their institutions.

They pointed out that even the buses of those schools and colleges do not carry names in Kannada. They alleged that most of the private institutions flout the Government instructions which should be dealt sternly.

Karnataka Sena Pade District President Thejas Lokesh Gowda led the protest.
