Mysuru:  A four-day Rashtriya Yuva Sangeethotsava has been organised by Samskara Bharati from Nov.1 at Nada Mantapa in Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Ashrama on Nanjangud Road here.

Disclosing this at a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan here yesterday, Samskara Bharati National Convenor P.R. Krishnamurthy said that the event will be inaugurated on Nov.1 at 10 am by Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar.

Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji and Sri Datta Vijayananda Theertha Swamiji will grace the occasion. About 30 concerts would be presented by young musicians at the event which was earlier held in Mysuru in 2009, he explained.

Krishnamurthy added that Samskara Bharati Founder Baba Yogendraji of Agra, former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda, Samskara Bharati President Rajakrishna Devaraya, MP Pratap Simha, Film Director T.S. Nagabharana and others will attend the event. He said that the valedictory will be held on Nov.4 with Tamil Nadu Music and Performing Arts University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Premeela Gurumurthy delivering the valedictory address. Pejawar Seer Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji will grace the occasion, he said.

Entrepreneur Dr. Jagannath Shenoy, TV Actor Sunil Puranik, Ranganath and Dr. D.V. Prahlad Rao were present during the press meet.
