Four gold medals in M.Sc Horticulture

B.G. Jasmitha, a M.Sc (Horticulture) in Fruit Science student at the University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot, has bagged four gold medals during the eighth Convocation held at Bagalkot recently.

She is the daughter of B.M. Girish and Kanthi Girish, residents of Hootagalli in Mysuru.

She is seen receiving the medals from Horticulture Minister Managuli Mallappa Channaveerappa as University of Horticultural Sciences Vice-Chancellor Dr. M.K. Indiresh and Chairperson, Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers’ Rights, Authority, Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, New Delhi, Dr. K.V. Prabhu look on.
