Mysore/Mysuru: Mysuru Jayadeva Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. K.S. Sadananda said that a two-day free Angioplasty workshop for poor patients will take place at the Hospital here on June 15 and 16.
Addressing presspersons here yesterday, he said the workshop is being conducted in association with Medtronics, USA and Dr. Govindaraju Subramani Heart Foundation, Wisconsin, USA.
High quality medicated stents will be inserted during Angioplasty, he said adding that patients who have already undergone an Angioplasty check up can avail this facility. Beneficiaries must be BPL card holders or Low Income certificate holders, he said. Eligible patients can register before June 8 (10 am to 4 pm on all days), he added.
