Free cervical cancer vaccination camp held

Mysore/Mysuru: A free cervical cancer vaccination camp was conducted by  Sha Bhabuthmal Rakshanda Gadiya Foundation, a philanthropic trust in city recently on the occasion of the birth anniversary of late Rakshanda Gadiya.

The camp was held under the guidance of Dr. Avinash, Chief Oncologist and Dr. Chaitra, Radiation Oncologist, Clear Medi Radiant Hospital, Mysuru.

A. Subramanya, Chartered Accountant, was also present.

Two doses of vaccination will be given to the enrolled girl children aged between 9 and  14 years.

The Trust will conduct the second camp on June 20 on the death anniversary of Rakshanda Gadiya. Trustees Mahaveer, Dilip, Yesh, Indra, Seema and Shefali Gadiya were present on the occasion.
