Mysore/Mysuru: SBRR Mahajana First Grade College, Jayalakshmipuram, Mysuru, in association with Abhinava Samsthe, Bengaluru, will be conducting ‘G.H. Nayaka-88,’ a National Seminar marking the 88th birth anniversary of late writer G.H. Nayaka, at the College’s Vivekananda Hall at 10 am tomorrow (Sept. 22).

Announcing this at a press meet here yesterday, Mahajana College Kannada Department Head Dr. H.R. Thimmegowda said that the Seminar will feature talks on G.H. Nayaka’s writings and social values.

Noted critic Dr. Narahalli Balasubramanya will inaugurate the Seminar. Meera Nayaka will release a book on the occasion. The speakers include Prof. N. Boralingaiah, Dr. T. Vijayalakshmi Muralidhar, M.S. Ashadevi and Dr. B.R. Jayakumari, said Dr. Thimmegowda adding that a few books written by G.H. Nayaka will be released.
