Garbage is being dumped right in front of the warning board put up by the MCC at CFTRI Layout. The message warns residents of being penalised for dumping degradable and non-degradable waste, but the litter dumping has not stopped. A cow is seen feeding on the garbage which include plastic cups, plates, bowls, leftover food, right in front of the warning board. Authorities concerned are urged to get the garbage cleared, install CCTVs and penalise those found dumping garbage at the spot.
