This is the present situation at the starting point of Dr. Rajkumar Road near Teresian College Circle (Yeraganahalli Circle). Uncleared garbage is attracting cows which are also unhygienic to them and also foul smell is emanating from the garbage. Authorities concerned are urged to get the garbage cleared at the earliest and also warn people from dumping garbage on roadsides.
