Garbage pile, an eyesore near Ramakrishna Ashrama

August 26, 2019

Garbage, such as dry and wet wastes, which are being dumped daily on the 7th Cross, 2nd Main, near the side gate of Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama in V.V. Mohalla, has become an eyesore in the locality. Despite the civic authorities creating awareness and asking people to hand over garbage to garbage collectors who come to the door steps daily, garbage is still being thrown. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to clear the garbage at the earliest and penalise those found throwing garbage.
