Garbage woes near Hinkal apartment

May 21, 2018

Sir,

I am a resident of Manasa Castle Apartment, Hinkal and it is a shame for me to tell that demolished building debris and other wastes are being dumped next to our apartment at Chanakana Kere grounds.

Tractors were seen dumping loads of these building wastes. When notified MCC about the clearance of the debris, it was denied as they said the area came under the Panchayat limits and not under MCC.

The residents are facing a lot of trouble as some of the waste materials are set on fire and the smoke gets into the flats, causing health issues for the inmates. I request the authorities concerned to help us by taking proper measures to dispose the waste materials.
