Gayaz Ahmed takes charge as Chairman of Wakf Board Advisory Committee

Mysore/Mysuru: K. Gayaz Ahmed alias Akram, former President of Mysore City (Dist.) Congress Committee Minority Cell, Mysuru and a resident of Udayagiri, who was appointed as the Chairman of Mysore District Wakf Board Advisory Committee following the order issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Karnataka State Wakf Board, Bengaluru (Order No.KSBW/MYS/32/ADM/2007-08/301 dated 3.9.2021) for a period of three years, assumed charge as the Chairman on Sept. 4. 

Mysuru District Wakf Officer Noor Pasha handed over the charge to Gayaz Ahmed.

Former Mayors Arif Hussain and Ayub Khan, former Chairman, Mysore District Wakf Board Advisory Committee Shabir Ahmed Khan, Corporators Ayaz Pasha, Basheer Ahmed and Akmal Pasha, senior Congress party leader Manjunath and others greeted the new Chairman on the occasion.
