Gemini Circus comes to city

Mysuru: Visitors to Mysuru Dasara will get another attraction as the popular Gemini Circus  will begin its show from tomorrow.

Pramoda Devi Wadiyar will inaugurate the circus show at 6.30 pm tomorrow at the Horse Park Grounds near Karanji Lake. 

District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa, MLAs Tanveer Sait and T.S. Srivatsa will be the chief guests, said S.V. Nagesh, Co-ordinator of Gemini Circus at a press conference held at Patrakartara Bhavan in city this morning.

The 30-day Gemini Circus will have 3 shows daily — 1 pm, 4 pm and 7 pm — and the duration of each show is 2 ½ hours. A total of 160 artistes from Russia, Tanzania and Ethiopia will entertain audience with their stunts. Tickets have been priced at Rs.150, Rs. 250, Rs. 300 and Rs. 400.
