Pragathi Dreams, a 36-acre gated community by Sumaya Properties Pvt. Ltd., Mysuru, was launched at the site located near lnfosys, Mysuru, by A. Shiva Swamy, a successful cotton merchant from H.D. Kote and father of Sudhi S. Shetty, Managing Director of Sumaya Properties.

Vishakha C. Hegde (partner, Sumaya Properties), Pragathi Group Proprietor Kishore Kumar, Manjunath, Santhosh, Suresh, Vedaraju and others were present during the grand launch. Also, attractive gifts were given to the beneficiaries of the project.
