Grievance Redressal Panel: MCC invites applications

The Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) has invited applications from eligible candidates to form Grievance Redressal Committee at the MCC with the appointment of the Chairman, Local Member and Regional Street Vendor.

Candidates who are retired Civil Judges and are aged below 65 years are eligible to apply for the Chairman’s post. Those who are retired as ‘A’ Grade Officers from the Government and are aged below 65 years are eligible to apply for the Local Member post.  Candidates engaged in roadside business and are aged below 65 years are eligible to apply for Regional Street Vendor post.

The decision taken by the Committee will be valid for five years. Retired Civil Judges will be appointed on temporary basis and they will be paid an honorarium of Rs. 2,500 for each session while other Committee members will be paid Rs. 1,000, according to a press release from the MCC Nodal Officer.
