Mysuru: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formally signed between GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women (GSSSIETW), Mysuru and Deshila Technology Research Institute (DTRI), Mysuru, recently to bridge the gap between Industry and Academia.

GSSSIETW first entered into an MoU with DTRI in 2022 and this marked the beginning of  mutual co-operation between the two signatories.

With this MoU, GSSSIETW and DTRI have agreed to explore a collaborative approach that is mutually beneficial to the students and the industry. DTRI will offer industry-standard projects and internships to students in adherence to college and VTU guidelines. Hands-on training in latest technologies will be provided to interested students paving way to seek job opportunities in core companies.

A platform for upskilling faculties and research activities will be arranged as per requirements regularly. Awareness of current technology trends in 5G Communication, Antenna applications and IoT domains will be given more focus.
