GTD launches developmental works in Hootagalli CMC limits

Mysore/Mysuru: With Hootagalli CMC (City Municipal Council) coming into effect, Chamundeshwari MLA G.T. Devegowda on Saturday launched a slew of developmental works in the CMC limits, which comes under his constituency. The works launched included UGD construction on the stretch from Vijaya Bank Circle in Hootagalli KHB Colony till Narayanappa Petrol Bunk at a cost of Rs. 30 lakh, construction of drainage  and deck on the road leading from Hootagalli village to KIADB at a cost of Rs. 30 lakh, bridge expansion and storm water and UGD works on Koorgalli-KRS Road at a cost of Rs. 50 lakh, Koorgalli permanent drinking water supply project taken up at a cost of Rs. 1.52 crore and construction of Anganwadi building  at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Colony in Koorgalli, among others.

Former ZP President Koorgalli Mahadev, former ZP Member Chandrika Suresh, Hootagalli CMC Commissioner Narasimhamurthy, AEE Nagaraj and D.T. Kuber  were present.
