‘Guddali puja’ performed for construction of classrooms

Mysore/Mysuru: MLA L. Nagendra, along with Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Simha, yesterday performed ‘guddali puja’ for the construction of additional classrooms at Smt. Puttaveeramma School for Hearing Impaired Girls of Sri Adichunchanagiri Education Trust, opposite Bisilu Maramma Temple at MCC Ward No. 21 in city.

The classrooms are being constructed at a cost of Rs. 10 lakh. Adichunchanagiri Seer Sri Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji and Mysuru Shaka Mutt Seer Sri Someshwaranatha Swamiji graced the occasion.

Corporator Vedavathi, Satish, Chikkavenkatu, leaders Basavegowda, BJP Chamaraja Constituency President Somashekararaju, PWD AEE Raju, AE Chandramohan and others were present.
