Mysore/Mysuru: The Karnataka State Dr. Gangubai Hangal (KSGH) Music and Performing Arts University, Mysuru, has invited applications from eligible candidates for appointment as Guest Lecturers on a temporary basis as per UGC  guidelines.

Guest lecturers are needed to teach in Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA) degree, Master of Performing Arts (MPA), Master’s Degree, Diploma courses offered by the Varsity.

Candidates who have passed UGC-NET exam in music, dance or drama subjects or those who have completed their Ph.D with course work are eligible to apply.

Applications may be downloaded from the Varsity website https://musicuniversity.ac.in/ and the filled-in forms must be submitted within ten days along with necessary documents including bio-data, academic records, work experience.

Applicants belonging to Category- 1, SC and ST must pay Rs. 250 while for general category it is Rs. 500. The DD for the above amount must be drawn in the name of Financial Officer, KSGH Music and Performing Arts University, Mysuru, at the State Bank of Mysore branch in Krishnamurthypuram.  However, the amount may also be paid to the Music Varsity Account Number: 64097891316, IFSC Code: SBIN0040056.
