Guru Dr. Vasundhara to conduct Bharatanatyam workshop

Mysuru: Champaka Academy, a premier educational and cultural institution in Mysuru with the mission to nurture and promote Indian culture, is conducting a four-day Bharatanatyam workshop for the benefit of practitioners, at its premises in Ramakrishnanagar.

Renowned danseuse, Karnataka Kala Tilaka Dr. Vasundhara Doraswamy will conduct the workshop from Sept.29  to Oct.2 and will teach a padavarna composed by Maharaja Swati Thirunal in Mishra Jhampe tala and Vasantha raga.

Bharatanatyam practitioners of any age holding senior grade certificate or passionate dancers aged 16 years and above can register at Champaka Academy, 1609, Vishwamanava Double Road, 1A Cross, 3 Main, E & F Block, Ramakrishnanagar, Mysuru-570022.
