Haemophilia Federation-India celebrates Founder’s Day

Mysore/Mysuru: Mysore Haemophilia Society, in association with Mysore Medical College and Research Institute (MMC&RI) had organised a programme to celebrate Haemophilia Federation-India (HFI) Founder’s Day at MMC Platinum Jubilee Hall at J.K. Grounds here on Nov. 21.

Students (members of Haemophilia Society) who have passed SSLC and PUC with distinction were felicitated on the occasion. 

Eight Corona Warriors including three nurses from Aditya Hospital, three from Haemophilia Day Care and two from K.R. Hospital were also felicitated.

MMC&RI Dean and Director Dr. C.P. Nanjaraj, Mysuru District Journalists Association (MDJA) President S.T. Ravikumar and Vice-President Basavanna (Anurag Basavaraj) were also honoured on the occasion. 

Officer of K.R. Hospital Blood Bank Dr. B.S. Manjunath and other doctors delivered lecture on haemophilia management at the Continued Medical Education (CME) programme organised on the occasion.

Mysore Haemophilia Society President Dr. S.K. Mittal, Vice-President O. Pratap Kumar, Treasurer K.B. Lingappa, Joint Secretary J. Satish Kumar and others were present.
