Halakatti and Hadapada birth anniversaries

Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Dr. P. Siddaraju said that the District Administration will be  celebrating the birth anniversaries of Dr.PhakirappaGurubasappaHalakatti on July 2 and HadapadaAppanna on  July  22  at 11 am. Both the events will be held at KiruRangamandira in Kalamandira premises in city. Musical programme will be performed on both occasions by various troupes. Asst. Director of Kannada and Culture Dr. M.D. Sudarshan, District and Taluk-level officers, Karnataka KavaluPade District President Mohan Kumar, pro-Kannada activist Arvind Sharma, Karnataka RajyaVokkaligaraVedike  State President H.L. Yamuna and others were present at the meeting.
