Hanuma Jayanthotsava celebrations tomorrow

Mysuru:  Sri Anjaneyaswamy Temple Trust, Gangothri Layout, has organised the 27th Hanuma Jayanthotsava celebrations at the proposed Old-Age Home premises located near the Temple on Dec.1.

Prior to the celebrations, MP Pratap Simha will inaugurate the procession of Lord Hanuman by offering puja to Nandi Dhwaja in front of Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple at 9.15 am. Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion.

The procession will pass through Ashoka Road, Irwin Road, New Sayyaji Rao Road, Narayana Shastri Road, Chamaraja Double Road, ZP Office, K.G. Koppal, Kantharaja Urs Road, Saraswathipuram 5th Cross, Sahukar Chennaiah Road, before culminating at the Temple.

The procession will include Nandi Kamba, Beesu Kamsale, Veeraghase, Dollu Kunita, Keelu Kudure, Maragaalu Kunita, Puja Kunita, Garudi Gombe Mela, Kahale, Tamate, Nagari Mela, Jade Kolata, Karaga Nritya, Karaga Kolata, Kamsale, Koravangi Kolata, Hanneradu Seragina Kunita, Donne Varase, Bijali Nritya, Benki Barate, Onake Nritya, Ummathata, Balukata, Halage Mela, Lingadheeraru, Pata Kunita, Dasaiah-Jogaiah Paraku group, Kaase Nritya, Harige Kunita, Moodalapaya Yakshagana troupe, Hulivesha, Goravara Kunita, Panjina Kunita, Banaki Shanka Jagate troupe, Veera Makkala Kunita, Mahile Jande troupe, Sri Siddarameshwara Puja troupe, Bidiru Bavaligalu of Mysore Palace, Sobane Group, Elephants and Horses.

Later, ‘Annasantharpane,’ the mass feeding will be held at the proposed Old-Age Home which will be inaugurated by Adi Chunchanagiri Mutt Mysuru Branch Seer Sri Somanathananda Swamiji.  RSS Karnataka State Dakshin Pranthiya Sanghachalak M. Venkatram will be the chief guest.
