Hassan Soldier dies of heart attack in Rajasthan

Hassan: Paniraju, son of Dyavegowda and a native of Boovanahalli Kodi village in Hassan, who was serving in the Indian Army at Jaipur in Rajasthan, passed away following heart attack. His last rites were performed with full honours last evening at     his native place.

Paniraju was on duty when he suffered heart attack. Though he was rushed to the hospital, he breathed his last after failing to respond to the treatment. Paniraju, who was married to Sowmya, four years ago, has a two-year-old daughter.

The body of Paniraju was brought to Boovanahalli Kodi last evening and was laid to rest at his farm in Dodda Genigeri. Hundreds of people including officials paid their last respects to the departed soldier.
