Health Inspector killed as tipper rams into bike

Mysore/Mysuru: A Health Inspector, working at Kadakola Primary Health Centre (PHC) was killed on the spot, when a tipper rammed into the bike near KEB Junction on Dattagalli Ring Road on Thursday evening.

The deceased is Sheshadri (55), a native of Terakanambi village in Gundlupet taluk of Chamarajanagar district and presently residing at Dattagalli in city.

Sheshadri, who was proceeding on his bike, took a left turn at the KEB junction when a tipper coming from the opposite direction allegedly hit him and ran over him after Sheshadri fell on the road, killing him on the spot.

A case has been registered at K.R. Traffic Police Station.
