Helpful COVID staff

July 16, 2021

Sir,

The second dose of Covishield vaccination was due for my daughter who had her first dose at Chennai. Owing to some goof-up by the staff of Chennai Hospital my daughter was unable to register online for her second dose, in spite of repeated attempts.

On 14th June we approached Aditya Hospital at Gokulam and the in-charge of Covid vaccination Yashwant (from Apollo BGS Hospitals) resolved the issue by suggesting alternate methods to register, receive the dose and get the final certificate. A knowledgeable and helpful staff like him are an asset to the Covid management team.
