September 23, 2018

Mysuru:  Marking Hindi Diwas, the Department of Hindi, Maharani’s Arts College, had organised a function at the college premises here recently. Two books ‘Badukuva Dari’ translated from Hindi and a Hindi book ‘Jnanpith Se Sammanith Krishna Sobathi’ were also released on the occasion.

He observed that of late, the people were too obsessed with English and said that English was essential as a communication language across the world. However, he cautioned that the obsession should not neglect Indian languages.
