Mysuru, June 4- Gayana Sabha, Mysuru, has organised Hindustani Classical Music Concert by Vidu. Shubhangi Jadhav at Ganabharathi in Kuvempunagar on June 7 at 6 pm.

She will be accompanied by Pt. Veerabhadraiah Hiremath on harmonium and Pt. Bhimashankar Bidanur on tabla.

Vidu. Shubhangi is one of the promising vocalists of Kirana Gharana from Karnataka. She started training initially from her grandfather Pt. D.R. Warang and her mother Sharada Jadhav. Later on she received the guidance from Vidu. Vibhavari Bandhavkar.

Vidu. Shubhangi holds Diploma in Classical Music with distinction from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. She has also completed Sangeet Alankar from Akhil Bhartiya Gandharv Mahavidyalay.

She has performed at variousprestigious platforms like National Youth Conference; Sawai Gandharva Sangeet Mahotsav, and many more.

The awards and recognitions she has received include Pt. Mallikarjun Mansur Yuva Puraskar 2018 and Excellence Vocational Award by Rotary Club.
