House burglars decamp with gold jewellery, silver articles

Mysore/Mysuru: Burglars, who broke into a house at Rajivnagar, have decamped with gold jewellery and silver articles.

The burglary took place in the house of one Syed Nasrulla, on 5th Cross in Rajivnagar  1st Stage.

Syed and his family members had gone to Calicut in Kerala after locking the house on May 14 and when they returned on May 15, they found the door forcibly opened and on inspecting the house, they found a gold necklace, a pair of gold bangles and gold chains, three gold bracelets, 10 gold fingerings, earrings, gold pendent and silver articles, all worth Rs. 3 lakh stolen.

Syed has lodged a complaint at Udayagiri Police Station.
