House burgled in city

Mysuru/Mysore: Miscreants have decamped with 1kg silver articles worth Rs. 40,000 from a locked house at N.R. Mohalla in city on Tuesday night.

The burglary took place at the house of one Bikamchand on Rama Mandira Road here. Bikamchand who spent the night at  his sister’s house on Tuesday, returned home the next day morning, only to find the lock of the front door broken and  the silver articles kept in the almirah missing and the house ransacked. 

N.R. Inspector G. Shekar   conducted mahazar and registered a case. N.R. Sub-Division ACP Shivashankar, Dog Squad and Fingerprint experts also visited the spot.
