House burgled in Kalyangiri

Mysuru: Miscreants, who broke into a house in Kalyangiri, have decamped with cash and jewellery worth Rs.2.20 lakh from the house. The burglary took place at the house of one Mohammed Jamsheer. 

Jamsheer had been to Nanjangud on Dec.15 and the burglars who used the opportunity, broke open the lock of the house and made away with Rs.1.70 lakh cash and gold jewellery worth Rs.50,000 from the house.

Jamsheer, who came to know about the theft when he returned home, has lodged a complaint at Udayagiri Police Station.
