House burgled in N.R. Mohalla

Mysore/Mysuru: Miscreants have made away with cash and jewellery from a locked house after breaking into the house on Feb. 21 in N.R. Police limits in city.

The burglary took place at the house of Jayaraju, a resident of Kesare 1st Stage. Jayaraju had locked his house and left to Tamil Nadu along with his family on Feb. 20 and when they returned the next day evening, the burglary came to light. Burglars have decamped with Rs. 1 lakh cash, gold jewellery and silver articles worth Rs. 50,000.

N.R. Police, who rushed to the spot, conducted mahazar and registered a case based on the complaint by Narayana, son of Jayaraju’s elder brother’s son.
