Mysuru: The Department of Women and Child Welfare has invited applications from children in the age of 6 to 18 years for presentation of ‘Hoysala Awards’ for boys and ‘Keladi Channamma Award’ for girls,     who have exhibited courage in saving lives of others in distress.

The award carries a cash prize of Rs.10,000 and a citation. The incident should have happened between August-2017 and   July-2018.

As a proof of gallantry, the First Information Report (FIR) of the Police should be submitted along with the application which is available at the Department Office, Vijayanagar 2nd  Stage, Mysuru.
