Hubballi-Chikkabenkal Daily Fast Passenger

Railway has decided to introduce Train No. 56927/56928, Hubballi-Chikkabenkal- Hubballi Daily Fast Passenger.

The inaugural special was flagged off by  Suresh Prabhu, Minister for Railways, on Mar.31 from Rail Bhavan, New Delhi and the inaugural special was run from Ginigera to Chikkabenkal and back to Hubballi on open timings.

The train composition will have 6 coaches comprising four general second class coaches and two second class luggage-cum-brakevan.

The regular service of Hubballi-Chikkabenkal-Hubballi Passenger train will commence with effect from Apr.1, 2017.   

Accordingly, Train No. 56927, Hubballi-Chikkabenkal Fast Passenger departs Hubballi at 11.00 hrs.  and reaches Chikkabenkal at 14.30 hrs.  

Enroute, the train arrives/departs Annigeri at 11.36/11.37 hrs., Hulkoti at 11.44/11.45 hrs., Gadag at 12.00/12.02 hrs., Bannikoppa at 12.48/12.49 hrs., Banapur at 12.59/13.00 hrs., Koppal at 13.17/13.18 hrs., Ginigera at 13.30/13.32 hrs, Budagumpa at 13.47/13.48, Jabbalaguda at 13.58/13.59.

In the return direction, Train No. 56928, Chikkabenkal – Hubballi Daily Fast Passenger departs Chikkabenkal at 15.00 hrs. and arrives Hubballi at 18.45 hrs.

Enroute, the train arrives/departs Jabbalaguda at 15.12/15.13 hrs., Budagumpa at 15.22/15.23 hrs., Ginigera at 15.37/15.39 hrs., Koppal at 15.52/15.54 hrs., Banapur at 16.08/16.09 hrs., Bannikoppa at 16.20/16.21 hrs., Gadag at 17.03/17.05 hrs Hulkoti at 17.31/17.32 hrs., Annigeri at 17.41/17.42 hrs.

The regular train composition will have 11 coaches comprising one sleeper class, eight general second class coaches and two second class luggage-cum-brake van, according to a press release from Chief Public Relations Officer, South Western Railway, Hubballi.
