Humanity, courtesy still alive

November 10, 2019

Sir,

I am happy that humanity and courtesy still exist. I got a taste of it a couple of days ago when I visited LIC Office in Nanjangud to claim maturity value of one of my policies.

There was heavy crowd and I thought I may have to struggle getting my job done.  My eyes searched for someone I knew there, but could find none.

Noticing me from afar, an Administrative Officer there (probably Ramdass), whom I had no acquaintance before, called me and was courteous enough in not only clearing my case fast but even guided me on some other policies not pertaining to his branch.

I was humbled by his approach to customers, unlike few who do not even care a damn.

I thanked him profusely and came out contented.
