Mysuru:  A techie from Hyderabad committed suicide by hanging on Thursday at an apartment in Hinkal where his friend stayed.

Sandeep (23), a software engineer at Infosys, Hyderabad is the deceased. Sandeep came to Mysuru on Thursday morning and stayed at his friend Raghavendra’s rented apartment at Hinkal. Raghavendra left for work some time later and Sandeep stayed back in the room to rest.

But Sandeep hanged himself from the ceiling of the room, leaving a death note behind and the incident came to light when Raghavendra returned from work in the evening, it is learnt. The Vijayanagar Police have registered a case in this regard.
