I took Covishield vaccine, what about you…?

March 4, 2021

Sir,

Today I took my first dose of Covishield vaccine at Apollo BGS Hospitals. As I am 66 years old, I took it after consulting the General Practitioner at the same Hospital.

It did take some hours but that was because of the load on the system leading the website to trip on two separate occasions.

Staff at the Hospital were very helpful and ensured that all our queries were answered.

The vaccine rates were as per Government’s cap and my next vaccine is 28 days later, that is on March 30. I write this because many eligible persons are not coming forward to avail of this opportunity in India. We all should feel a sense of pride in this mammoth vaccination drive and take the shot as and when each one’s turn comes.
