Chamarajanagar:  With the term of Chamarajanagar ZP coming to an end on Apr. 29, the Government has appointed  IAS Officer and Director of the Directorate of Municipal Administration at Bengaluru, B.B. Cauvery as the Administrative officer of Ch. Nagar ZP.

Cauvery is also the Chamarajanagar District-in-charge Secretary. She had previously served as Chamarajanagar Deputy Commissioner for nearly two years. Soon after her appointment, Cauvery assumed charge as Chamarajanagar ZP Administrative Officer on Apr. 30, according to press release issued by Chamarajanagar ZP CEO H.B. Narayanrao.
