Mysuru: Prof. N. Usha Rani has been awarded with the prestigious ICSSR Senior Fellowship for two years (2018-20) to work on Media Indexing in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Mysore.

According to ICSSR, Senior Fellowships are awarded to outstanding Indian Social Scientists for conducting full-time research on themes and issues of national and social concerns. These studies are expected to contribute to policy-making.
