Illegal LPG refilling: One arrested, LPG cylinder, equipment seized

Mysuru: The City Crime Branch (CCB) and the N.R. Police, in a joint operation on Nov.9, have arrested a person who was indulged in illegal LPG refilling racket at Bannimantap here and have seized a LPG cylinder, half HP motor and other equipment used for illegal refilling from him. The arrested person has been identified as 50-year-old Aslam, a resident of Beedi Colony in Kalyangiri here. A case has been registered at N.R. Police Station in this regard.

CCB ACP C. Gopal supervised CCB Inspector N.G. Krishnappa, ASI L. Subashchandra and staff Nataraju, Ravikumar, Niranjan and Rajesh, in the operation.
