Drushti – Centre for Education of Visually Challenged has organised a programme for the inauguration of Audio Books, one-day Workshop and Online Library for Visually Challenged Students on Oct.22 at 10 am at Vignyan Bhavan auditorium, IOE Building, Manasagangothri. Prof. S.N. Hegde, former Vice-Chancellor of University of Mysore, will inaugurate. Shivaji Ganeshan, senior Journalist and Coordinator, Community Radio, Tumakuru and G. Kumaresan, Outreach and Training Consultant, Bookshare India, Tamil Nadu, will be the chief guests. Prof. N. Usha Rani, Coordinator – UPE FA-2 and Drushti, ICSSR Senior Professor Fellow, will preside. Dr. Krishna Hombal, Coordinator, Drushti and Chairman, Department of Political Science, will be present.
