Mysuru: Terry Anne Wilson, author from Canada, will be inaugurating Chai Patthe Book Club at Chai Patthe premises, #46, Vishwamanava Double Road in Saraswathipuram here tomorrow (Feb.28) at 6 pm.

Sashikala Ramanath, Occupational Therapist and Charter Member, Book Clubs-2015, will be the chief guest.

Terry Anne has been an expat for the past 27 years — India is the ninth country she’s called home. Her years spent as an ESL teacher, cultural trainer, tour guide and amateur historian have shaped her voice and passion for writing. Her blog, notes on a boarding pass, endeavours to make the world a smaller place by sharing her love of culture, history and people. With her co-authored book ‘Monday Morning Emails’ set to launch in March, Terry Anne will share her journey of finding passion, joy and purpose through writing.

Workshop: Terry Anne’s workshop will explore the power of writing: the personal journey it can lead to, the importance of writing for posterity, and the possibility of writing as a committed hobby or career.
