Mysore/Mysuru: The Department of Social Welfare has invited applications from meritorious SC students who have excelled post-matric exams (2022-23) to avail incentives.

An incentive of Rs. 20,000 will be given to those students who have passed with first class marks in the first attempt in PUC exam, Rs. 25,000 for Degree students, Rs. 30,000 for Post Graduate (PG) students (MA, M.Sc, MBA, M.Com, MCA etc) and Rs. 35,000 for Agriculture Engineering, Medical and Veterinary Courses.

Interested may submit applications online at the Department website sw.kar.nic.in. The downloaded filled-in applications along with copies of caste certificate, Aadhaar card, bank pass book, marks card with respective College Principals signature must be submitted at the Office of Joint Director of the Social Welfare Department at Dr. Babu Jagjivan Ram Bhavan on Adi Pampa Road, Paduvarahalli, before Oct. 31, according to a press release.
