Incentives for SC/ST SSLC highest marks scorers

The Social Welfare Department will be distributing scholarships of Rs.7,000 and Rs.15,000 to SC/ST students who have scored high marks in SSLC in the first attempt.  An incentive of Rs.7,000 will be given to a student who has scored 60 to 74.99 percent marks in SSLC exams this year and Rs.15,000 to the student who has scored above 75 percent marks in the first attempt.  The Department has postponed the last date of submission of applications to Nov.15. Interested can apply online by logging on to www.sw.kar.nic.in and should submit all documents to the office of the Assistant Director of the Social Welfare Department   opposite Sri Murugadevi Temple, Government Boys Hostel premises in Nazarbad.
