Incomplete bus stop needs urgent attention

April 28, 2024

Sir,

Earlier, a bus shelter was constructed on the service road of the Ring Road near KEB (now named Balagangadharanatha Swami Circle, although not by any legal body).

However, it didn’t serve any purpose since no city bus was plying on that road.

Subsequently, the authorities, likely acknowledging their error, began constructing another bus shelter on Viswamanava Double Road near the same Circle where buses from Somanathanagar were headed towards the city via Kuvempunagar.

However, this bus shelter has remained incomplete for many months as no seating has been installed. I urge the authorities to complete the bus shelter.
