Mysuru: Shree Mahaveer Jain Vidyalaya, Siddarthanagar, is celebrating the 73rd Independence Day tomorrow (Aug.15) at 8 am it its premises. 

DFRL Scientist Dr. Farhath Khanum will be the chief guest and Shree Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Educational Trust President Devchand Salecha will preside over the programme.

At Kautilya Vidyalaya: CFTRI retired Chief Scientist Dr. Renu Agarwal will be the chief guest at the Kautilya Vidyalaya Independence Day celebrations and hoist the National Flag.

This will be followed by a road show at Vivekananda Circle which includes tableaux on ‘Protect the Planet to Safeguard Your Freedom,’ songs on patriotism and environment, according to a press release from the Vidyalaya.
