Waste materials such as rexine, plastic packing materials, used paper plates and paper glasses, old gunny bags and other materials which are being dumped indiscriminately on the road next to Bhuvaneshwari Kalyana Mantap in Bannimantap is not being cleared resulting in miscreants setting fire to it. This is resulting in toxic fumes emanating from the burning garbage heap forcing residents living in the surroundings to inhale the same.
