Mysore West Lions Sevaniketan School, Gokulam

The Student Council for the year 2023-24 was installed by School President Ln. Dr. M.V. Venu in the presence of Academic Chairman Ln. Sukumar, Infrastructure Committee Ln. G.S. Dharmendra, Principal N.V. Sivakumar, Administrator H.S. Thrinesh, Vice-Principal Shobha Pereira and other staff.

Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala, Saraswathipuram

G.S. Gajendra Prasad, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Vijayanagar Sub-Division, was the chief guest and administered the oath of office to the newly appointed prefects of Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala recently. The elected students — H.G. Jeevan Kumar (President), S. Daivik Kashyap (Vice-President), M. Nikhith Dev (Secretary),  Deepika Swamy (Joint Secretary), Roshan V. Kale (Treasurer), S. Shreya (Cultural Leader), J. Bhargav (Sports Leader), K. Ankith (Health Leader), Ruthvik K. Urs (Cleanliness Leader), M. Apeksha (Discipline Leader), N. Amrutha (Event Management Leader), N. Harshinee (Tourism Leader), Pratham S. Bharadwaj (Commanding Leader) and Captains, Vice-Captains, Flag-bearers of all four Houses — are seen with (sitting from left) Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala Principal S.A. Veena, VVEI Hon. Secretary R. Leo Club of Mysore Palace City

The new team was installed at a private hotel in city recently. Ln. Jayaram, MJF, administered the oath to Leo Satish Maitri as President, Leo M. Mahesh (Secretary), Leo Roshini Prasad (Treasurer) and Leo M. Keertana (Assistant Secretary); Directors: Leo Akshata, Leo Meghana Raj, Leo Keertan, Leo Pradeep Kumar, Leo Amogha Vedanta, Leo Dr. R. Harshitha, Leo Dr. Bhoomika, Leo Sujana, Leo Nisarga, Leo Mallappa, Leo Viveka and Leo Yashas. On the occasion, a cheque for Rs.50,000 was given to cancer patients by Lions Club International and Lions Club of Mysore Palace City. Ln. Jayakumar handed over the key of a hearse to K.R. Hospital. Ln. N. Subramanya, PMJF, First Vice-District Governor, District 317G; Ln. T.P. Prakash, MJF,  Ln. G. Shivakumar, MJF, Ln. M.R. Vasu and others were present.

The Investiture Ceremony of the Convent was held in the presence of Founder-Secretary & Principal Dr. Maha Jabeen, President  Ayesha Jabeen, Academic Coordinator Syed Abdul Muheeb, Physical Education Teacher Nagendra Prasad and Assistant Teacher Divyashree. The House Captains and Vice-Captains received the badges and took pledge.
